Where Probé came from
Probé was founded on a simple frustration: too many businesses in our field prioritized speed and volume over care and consistency. We wanted to build something different — a company that would rather do fewer things well than many things adequately.
That founding idea has shaped every decision since. We grew slowly and intentionally, choosing depth of expertise over rapid expansion. The way we operate today — attentive, unhurried, detail-oriented — is a direct continuation of how we started.
We don't claim to be the biggest name in the industry. We aim to be one of the most trusted, judged by the quality of our work and the strength of the relationships we build along the way.
